Orlando Otey found this piano in a chicken coupe/garage outside of Mexico City when he was 12 years old, and restored it for his use.

These are pictures of The Chopin of Mexico's Piano, an 1876 Steinway Style 2 Grand.

When he was just 14 he had composed his first piano concerto, already had completed a list of compositions, and had toured Mexico, Spain, France and England.
By age 17 he had he had become the youngest faculty member at the University of Mexico teaching piano and composition.

This piano was later flow to the United States and resides currently in near Philadelphia, PA.
